Wise you? It brings over of the THEORY OF THE BIG BANG OR THEORY OF THE GREAT EXPLOSION

In cosmology, a model is called theory of the Big Bang or theory of the great explosion inside the theory of the general relativity that describes the development of the early Universe and his form. Technically, it is a question of a collection of solutions of the equations of the general relativity, so called models of Friedmann - Robertson - Walker. The term"Big Bang" is in use for recounting so much specifically to the moment in the one that began the observable expansion of the Universe (quantified in Hubble's law), as in a more general sense to say to the cosmological paradigm that it explains the origin and the evolution of the same one. Curiously, he was the astrophysicist Englishman Fred Hoyle, one of the detractors of this theory and, in turn, one of the principal defenders of the theory of the stationary condition state, who, in 1950 and to mock, caricaturizó this explanation with the expression big bang (" great explosion ", " great boom " in the beginning of the universe), names with that today the above mentioned theory is known.

A consequence of all the models of Big Bang is that in the past the universe had a higher temperature and a major density and, therefore, that the conditions of the current universe are different from his conditions in the past or in the future. From this model, George Gamow in 1948 could predict that there should be evidence of a Big Bang in a phenomenon later baptized as radiation of bottom of cosmic microwaves (CMB). The CMB was discovered in the year 1960 and it is in use as confirmation of the theory of the Big Bang on his more important alternative, the theory of the stationary condition state. To come to this explanation, diverse scientists, with his studies, they have been constructing the way that leads to the genesis of the model of the Big Bang.

The theory of the Big Bang developed from observations and a theoretical advance. By means of observations in the year 1910, the American astronomer Vesto Slipher and later that of Strasbourg Carl Wilhelm Wirtz they determined that the majority of the nebulous spirals they were moving away from the land; but they did not manage to realize the cosmological implications of this observation, not either that the supposed nebulous ones were actually galaxies beyond our own Lacteal route.

Also in the second decade of the 20th century, Albert Einstein's theory on the general relativity does not admit static solutions (it is to say, the universe must be in expansion or in reduction) a result that he itself considered to be wrong, for what he itself tried to correct it adding the cosmological constant. The first one in applying formally the relativity to the cosmology without the cosmological constant was Alexander Friedman whose equations describe the universe Friedman-Lemaître-Robertson-Walker, which can expand or to contract.

Being based on measurements of the expansion of the universe using observations of the supernovas type 1a, in measurements of the variation of temperature in different scales in the radiation of bottom of microwave and in measurements of the function of correlation of the galaxies, the age of the universe is of 13,7 ± 0,2 thousands of million years.
It is notable the fact that three independent measurements are consistent, by what they are considered to be a strong evidence of the so called model of conformity who describes the detailed nature of the universe.

The universe in his first moments was full homogeneous and isotrópicamente with a very dense energy and had a temperature and concomitant pressure. It expanded and cooled, experiencing a few analogous changes of phase to the condensation of steam or the water freezing, but related to the elementary particles.

A phase change caused that the universe was expanding of exponential form during a period called cosmic inflation. On having finished the inflation, the material components of the universe stayed in the form of a plasma quark-gluon where all the parts that they it were forming were in movement in form relative way.

With the growth in size of the universe, the temperature went down. To certain temperature, due to a still unknown called change the bario genesis, the quarks and gluones they combined in bariones such as the proton and the neutrón, producing somehow the asymmetry observed among matter and antimatter.

The temperatures furthermore low drove to new changes of phase that break the symmetry so they gave to them his current form to the fundamental forces of the physics and to the elementary particles. Later a few protons and neutrones they combined to form the nuclei of deuterio and of helium in a process called nucleus basic synthesis.

On the universe having be cooled, the matter gradually stopped moving of form relativista and his density of energy began to dominate gravitacionalmente on the radiation. Passed 300.000 years, the electrons and the nuclei combined to form the atoms (for the most part of hydrogen). Because of it the radiation desacopló of the atoms and it continued for the space practically without obstacles. This one is the radiation of bottom of microwave.

Before the observations of the dark energy, the cosmologists considered two possible stages for the future of the universe. If the stand density of the Universe is on the critical density, at the time the Universe It would reach a maximum size and then it would begin to collapse. This one would become denser and warmer again, ending in a state similar to the state in which it began in a process called Big Crunch.

On the other hand, if the density in the Universe is equal or minor to the critical density, the expansion would diminish his speed, but it would never stop. The formation of stars would stop while the Universe in growth would become less dense every time. The average of the temperature of the universe might approach asintóticamente the absolute zero (0 K ó-273,15ºC). The black holes would evaporate for effect of the radiation Hawking.

The entropy of the universe would increase up to the point in which no form of energy might be extracted from him, a stage known as thermal death. Even more, if the decomposition of the proton exists, I try for whom a proton decaería to less massive particles emitting radiation in the process, then the whole hydrogen, the predominant form of the matter bariónica in the current universe, it would disappear to very long term, making radiation alone.

This theory suggests that only the supported systems gravitacionalmente, as the galaxies, would be kept united, and they also would be subject to the thermal death as the universe was cooling and expanding. Other explanations of the dark energy - called theories of the energy ghost suggest that the heaps of galaxies and finally the galaxies themselves will crush for the eternal expansion of the universe, in the so called Big Rip.
